Cancellations within 48 hours may be charged the full fee. No shows may be charged in full and may require prepayment for future bookings. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time. Late arrival may shorten your session. Full session fees still apply. Professional Conduct This is a strictly professional service. Inappropriate behavior, comments, or requests will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to refuse or end a session if boundaries are crossed; full fees may apply. Health & Hygiene Please reschedule if you are unwell or contagious. Appointments may be rescheduled for health and safety reasons. Please complete the medical history form sent at booking.
