Myofascial release may help with rib or chest tightness, restricted breathing, postural imbalances, core or back tension, scar tissue, and digestive discomfort related to fascial restriction. Will I be draped during the session? Yes. You will be fully and appropriately draped at all times. Only the area being treated is exposed to ensure comfort and privacy, this can be discussed to make sure you are comfortable. Who is this treatment not suited for? This treatment may not be appropriate for clients with recent abdominal or thoracic surgery, hernias, acute inflammation or infection, certain medical conditions, or during pregnancy.
