Chronic Pain Support
Living with chronic pain and noticing reduced movement? From frozen shoulder to stress-related pain and migraines, I offer advanced clinical massage to help reduce pain and restore mobility. Trained by the Jing Institute, my approach blends Eastern and Western medicine to help you move and feel better.
How It Works
Initial Call
If you have one or more chronic pain conditions, I recommend a free consultation to see if advanced clinical massage is right for you. We can discuss your needs, the treatment plan, and what to expect.
First Treatment
Using the Jing Method, the first 90-minute session includes range-of-motion assessment, a full consultation, and medical history to identify what works best for you.
Ongoing Treatments
The following five treatments are 60 minutes each, ideally spaced weekly to monitor changes in pain and movement. Using a biopsychosocial approach, I explain each session clearly and help you engage the mind–body connection to support pain reduction and relaxation.
Continued Support
After each session, we’ll check your range of motion and I’ll suggest personalised stretches or aftercare. After the 6-week package, we’ll move to a maintenance schedule if needed.
What is Advanced
Clinical Massage?
I support clients with chronic pain, stress, fatigue, and long-standing injuries using advanced clinical massage. My pain-free approach combines myofascial release, acupressure, stretching, trigger point work, heat, and personalised aftercare to reduce pain and improve movement. Working within your comfort and using a biopsychosocial model, my aim is to help you move better, feel less pain, and never normalise discomfort, supporting you as an individual, not a diagnosis.
