A Level 5 Advanced Clinical Massage therapist based in London. My work is rooted in a deep commitment to understanding the body, relieving pain, and supporting long-term wellbeing. 

Initially having trained in Sports Massage I continued my studies further to include Deep Tissue, Pregnancy Massage, Myofascial Release and Hot Stone Fusion Massage. 

 

Each qualification deepened my understanding of the body and how targeted, thoughtful treatment can create meaningful change. Allowing me to tailor each session to the individual, creating treatments that support the mind–body connection and improving their quality of life. 

 

Massage therapy is something I truly love. The transformative power of regular treatments eases discomfort, helps people move freely, feel grounded, and reconnect with their bodies in a meaningful way. Being part of that process with each client is a privilege.

 

In March 2025, I began a two-year journey into Level 6 BTEC Advanced Clinical Massage. This next chapter will allow me to specialise further in a subject close to my heart and continue evolving the way I support clients through pain, recovery, and overall wellbeing.
