Often when we are new to massage, or havent had bodywork in a while, the endless list of techniques can be hard to choose from. I have created a 'blend of techniques' option so that you don't have to choose, we can do this together in clinic to work out what is the best option for you. Frequently asked Questions: What are the benefits of a Blend of Techniques treatment? This treatment is ideal for people who aren’t sure which treatment would best suit them. It allows the therapist to combine techniques such as hot stones, stretching, trigger point work, and myofascial release to meet your individual needs. What happens during the treatment? Your therapist will assess your needs and tailor the session using a mix of techniques to address tension, discomfort, and promote relaxation. Who is this treatment suited for? This treatment is suited for people who aren’t sure what treatment might best suit them and would benefit from a personalised, flexible approach.
Cancellation Policy
Massage Booking & Conduct Policy We provide professional massage therapy in a safe, respectful environment. Booking & Cancellations 48-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations within 48 hours may be charged the full fee. No shows may be charged in full and may require prepayment for future bookings. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time. Late arrival may shorten your session. Full session fees still apply. Professional Conduct This is a strictly professional service. Inappropriate behavior, comments, or requests will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to refuse or end a session if boundaries are crossed; full fees may apply. Health & Hygiene Please reschedule if you are unwell or contagious. Appointments may be rescheduled for health and safety reasons. Please complete the medical history form sent at booking.
