Cancellation Policy

Massage Booking & Conduct Policy We are committed to providing high-quality, professional massage therapy in a respectful and safe environment. Please read the following policies carefully before booking your appointment. Booking & Cancellation 48-Hour Notice: To cancel or reschedule an appointment, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may be charged the full cost of the scheduled service. No-Shows: If you do not show up for your appointment without notice, you may be charged the full fee and may be required to pre-pay for future appointments. Late Arrivals Please aim to arrive on time. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to avoid delaying the next client. The full session fee will still apply, even if the treatment time is reduced. Professional Conduct We maintain a strictly professional environment. Sexual harassment, inappropriate comments, or any sexually suggestive behavior or language will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to refuse, postpone, or cancel any appointment if we believe a client’s behavior, requests, or communication oversteps professional boundaries. In such cases, the full session fee may still apply. Health & Hygiene If you are feeling unwell, including symptoms of cold, flu, fever, or any contagious condition please reschedule your appointment. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments for health and safety reasons, for both clients and staff. We kindly ask you fill in the form sent to you on booking of your medical history to best support your treatment.
