A bit more of information about me.

I am originally from the North East of England.

​

My background is in Musical Theatre. It was the performing arts that brought me to London to train professionally in 2016.
Since then i have sung in concerts and performed in a musical out on the seas, travelling around the world. With this background and my recent completion of 2023 & 2024 Great North run, it has fuelled me further in the importance of the health of our muscles and how best to support them day to day. 

 

I originally trained in Sports Massage but have since developed more skills across Deep Tissue and Pregnancy and Myofasical release, all treatments have such wonderful benefits for all!

I have recently completed my level 5 in Advanced Clinical Massage with Jing in Brighton where a blend of massage techniques from both eastern and western medicine are encouraged for the overall wellness for each individual client. This practise allows me to open up doors to work with Chronic Pain conditions and work with a mind-body approach to our treatments, allowing a more full body experience. 

 

I love massage. I have always had a huge passion for massage therapy and believe it can have such a positive impact on our health and well being. The growth of a client is something i love being a part of the journey for and cant celebrate enough the importance of regular treatments not only for the body but for the mind.
